Augmented Reality for Real Estate

Augmented reality modelling is a strong alternative to physical 3D models which are widely used in architecture and real estate. Physical models are typically used for customer presentations or during exhibitions and trade shows.
The AR models have following advantages when compared to physical counterparts:

  • AR model is created once, and can be copied within seconds
  • No transportation or installation problems
  • No need to have specially trained people to install and operate the model

AR models can be either complementary to physical models, or in some cases can entirely substitute them.
Due to the fact that distribution of AR models is very cost effective, the scope of their application becomes much wider.
It can range from a nice compliment to a floor plan given to customers, all the way to visualisation of future building on the construction site.
