01/ 04 — DISCOVER

Discover.

1 weekFixed price

A senior engineer–designer pair spends a week with you. Reading the existing code if there is some. Talking to the users you actually care about. Drawing the system on the whiteboard until the parts that won't work fall out. You leave the week with a written plan, not a sales deck.

You leave with

A written architecture document, ~10 pages, yours to keep
A fixed-price roadmap for the build phase with honest tradeoffs
Red flags called out by name, not buried in a risk register

02/ 04 — DESIGN

Design.

2 — 3 weeksWeekly reviews

Product, brand, and interaction design — done by people who also know how it'll be built. You get Figma access on day one and we review every Friday. Never a big reveal at the end. The engineer who will write the screen is in the room when we decide what the screen does.

You leave with

A working Figma library, yours to keep, no rented assets
Interaction prototypes for the flows that decide the product
Component decisions made jointly with the engineers

03/ 04 — BUILD

Build.

OngoingDemoable every Friday

Production from sprint two. We commit to your repos, your CI, your environments. Friday demos, no exceptions — the cheapest, hardest-to-fake signal of progress on any software project. We push back when something won't work and propose what will. That's the job.

You leave each Friday with

A working build, deployed to your staging environment
A short demo recording that doubles as the project journal
Architecture decisions written down as ADRs in your repo

04/ 04 — OPERATE

Operate.

OngoingSame team

The team that built it operates it. Same Slack channel, same on-call rotation, same engineers iterating on what users are actually doing. No handoff to a "managed services" group you've never spoken to. You can hire the team off us when you're ready — that's an explicit option in the contract.
